    Yea! There is NO such application that could work for Paypal hacking. If there were such hack then He the software or application creator will never share his "working" app with the world. Why?! Think about it yourself, if it works why to share to get busted by Paypal or something, no no. Yes! There is NO such Paypal hack around the world! There is only Fake bullsh!ts that their creators would like to make money from.
